New Nephew!
Last Sunday at around 3:00 am we got a call from Patti, Stacey's mom, telling us that Josh and Dana just went to the hospital. Well, to make a very long story short, at around 11:30 pm, beautiful, ruddy, Isaiah Steven Hartness was born. He was 7lbs 11ounces, all cute. Mommy and daddy were pretty tired when we saw them on Friday. I'm sure it will be a while before Dana blogs on it, but check this link periodically to read on updates directly from them. We're so thankful to God for this new addition to our family.
Dee, for the Laniers
Job?!
From Dee:
Last week I got a call from Crossroads Charter asking if I was interested in teaching part-time and coaching track in the Spring. The answer of course was, yes and yes. I feel great about the freedom they are giving me as well to continue to look at other options if they come up. I love those kids, and look forward to being in a teaching capacity. I'm teaching "Teen Living" and "Parenting." FYI, around 20% of the girls there are pregnant or have already had a child. I'm also looking into something like Starbucks in the morning, because they have good benefits for part-timers. We'll see what God does.

Redoing My resume
Dee:
So I spent the better part of my morning working on my resume as recommended by one of my old professors. Anyone else find it frustrating to spend such considerable amount of time making yourself look more appealing? Or interviews: "So why are you the best candidate for the job?"
One of these times I might slip up and say, "Actually I'm not, I'm the worst of sinners!"
Please pray for me!
Phil 3:13-14
